Airport

Düsseldorf International Airport, Rhein-Ruhr Airport, is located just 8 kms from the city centre. This airport has flights to other destinations outside of Germany and to other countries. The (old) local station at the airport allows travelers to connect to the city's central station and to Cologne by train.

Train

Düsseldorf’s central railway station is at Konrad-Adenauer-Platz.  From here, numerous S-Bahn lines allow visitors to travel to other major German cities.

The ICE (Intercity-Express) is a high-speed train, which transports travelers to other European cities. The ICE stops at the city's Central Station and the Airport Station (Flughafen-Bahnhof).

Bus

Eurolines provide a bus service running between Paris and Düsseldorf, and also, Warsaw and Düsseldorf. A once weekly service goes between Prague and Düsseldorf
